Monday-Saturday Skinning fee-

$25 for 199 lbs and under

            $30 if over 200 lbs

Sunday Skinning Fee- 
            $30 for 199 lbs and under

            $35 if over 200 lbs

Processing fee-

$30 100 lbs and under
      $50 101-200 lbs
      $65 201 lbs and up 


Half or quartering- $20

 

Processing fee includes your choice of whole ham, picnic ham (front shoulder), Boston butt (back ham), pork chop, boneless chop, whole loins, ribs, tender loins, cubed and roast. 


Sausage prices-
Bulk sausage $1 per pound/ Hot or Mild
Link sausage $1.50 per pound/Hot or Mild

All sausage is fresh, not smoked.
