Processing fee includes your choice of Butterfly chops, Bone-in chops, Cubed steak, Burger, Roast, Loins, Whole loins, Sweet meat and Stew meat.

Onion Steak Bacon Burger-  Bulk $1.50 lb,                     Patties (6 per pack/approx. 2 lb) $3.50 lb

Bulk sausage: $1.50 per pound Hot or Mild

Quart of Hash: $7.50

Small Breakfast Links (Hot, Mild or Maple): $3.50 lb


Smoked Products:

Summer Sausage- each sausage is a 3 lb. Stick
     Regular: $8 per stick
     Jalapeño: Cheese $10 per stick

Salami or Pepperoni- 1.5 lb stick $6                                                                                     .5 lb pack sliced $4

Snack Sticks- sold by the pound; each pound is made of about 3 packages of vacuum sealed sticks.  These are frozen after processing. 
     $6 per pound Jalapeño Cheese and Pepper Cheese flavors

Dried Snack Sticks- sold by the pound; each pound is made of about 5 packages of vacuum sealed sticks. 
     $10 per pound (dried weight) Regular/Hot, Barbeque and Teriyaki flavors
     $10 per pound Jerky

Polish Kielbasa- Available fresh or smoked
     $3 per pound fresh
     $3.50 per pound smoked

Link Sausage- available fresh or smoked, hot or mild.
